Sara Diaz
Sara Diaz is a certified financial social worker helping first gens heal their relationship with money. She's the founder of the First Gen Madrina, through which she elevates stories of first gens, creates community for social workers, and helps people understand the intersection of mental health and money.
After navigating the challenges of being a first-generation college student without a roadmap, she realized the significance of having guidance and support. Thus, The First Gen Madrina was born- a haven for first gens like her. She hopes to build a bridge of opportunities, creating a community where every first-gen individual can thrive and feel supported.
